Do I need a partner to use DuoFaith?
No. The app locking, the daily devotional, the reflection, the prayer and your reading streak are all built for one person, and that is how the app works out of the box. Couples Mode is an extra you can switch on later, or never touch. DuoFaith is available for iPhone; check the App Store for current device compatibility.
What does DuoFaith actually lock?
Only the apps you choose. Set a daily lock time and DuoFaith uses Apple’s Screen Time controls to shield those apps until you finish your devotional. Keep essential apps out of your selection so they stay available.
What’s in a daily devotional?
A Bible passage, a short teaching, one reflection question, and a prayer. It takes a few minutes. On your own, the reflection is a quiet pause that stays yours. With Couples Mode on, you write an answer to share with your partner.
What is Couples Mode?
An optional feature for people who want to read alongside a partner. Pair two iPhones with an invite code and you each answer the same daily reflection question. Your partner’s answer stays hidden until you submit yours; once both have answered, you can read each other’s responses. Days when you both answer build your shared streak. It is included in every subscription and stays off until you set it up.
Do I have to wait for my partner to unlock my apps?
No. Your own devotional unlocks your own selected apps, paired or not. You can finish at different times. The only shared part is the reflection: both answers become available after you have both written.
What does DuoFaith cost?
You get 3 days free. After that it is $10 a month or $50 a year, and one subscription covers everything, Couples Mode included if you use it. There is no free tier, so if you do not want to keep it, cancel inside the 3 days. The trial turns into a paid subscription otherwise. Everything is managed and cancelled in your Apple account, not by us.
