What makes the apps unlock?

DuoFaith connects the unlock to finishing your devotional. You choose which apps to shield and a daily lock time. When the lock is active, open DuoFaith and work through the reading, teaching, reflection, and prayer. Finish your devotional, and your selected apps unlock for the day.

Set up your daily pause.

1. Download DuoFaith on a compatible iPhone.
2. Allow Screen Time access when the app asks.
3. Choose the distracting apps you want to pause. Keep essential apps out of that selection.
4. Set your daily lock time.
5. Complete the daily devotional to unlock your selected apps.

Do I need anyone else for this?

No. Everything above is a routine for one person, and pairing is off unless you set it up. Your selected apps unlock when you finish your own devotional, with or without a partner. If you do want to read alongside someone, Couples Mode adds a shared reflection: each of you writes an answer to the same question, and your partner’s answer stays hidden until you submit yours. Once you have both answered, both reflections are available. Days when both of you answer build a shared streak.

What is included in the download?

DuoFaith starts with a 3-day free trial. After that it is $10 a month or $50 a year, and one subscription covers everything, Couples Mode included. There is no free tier, so cancel inside the 3 days if you decide it is not for you.
